we are visiting DLP the first week in may, we'd like to eat at the plaza gardens, rendez vous des stars and cafe mickey- we'd like an earlier sitting as have 2 young children-would we need to book in advance?
Many thanks
Hayley

It shouldnt be too busy early May as its not a main holiday period but it might be worth booking Cafe Mickey as this is a very popular place.

You could book it when you arrive at City Hall or your hotel if staying onsite.

I would agree with booking Cafe Mickey in advance. I've never been to DLRP in high season, or at a weekend, and Cafe Mickey always seems to be busy as soon as the doors open in the evenings.

Your other 2 choices may only be open until late afternoon/very early evening, so if you want to eat there for dinner, if I were you I'd phone a week or so before you go to check what time last sittings would be at those restaurants :) .

All the times I have visited DLP, we've always booked our restaurants (whatever time of year) through the following:

Before your departure (up to 2 months before your arrival date), call +33 1 60 30 40 50 for the Dining Reservation Service.

We've asked for all kinds of times and have found them to be very accomodating. If you're staying on site, they'll take a note of the hotel. When we arrived at the Sequoia last year, we re-confirmed our reservations and they were all there.

I'd book them 'just in case' but then I am over organised! Have a lovely time!
