Booking/refund Question

I Was Just Wondering. If I Book 2 Rooms Right Now For Late August And Pay My $200 Deposit, If My Dh Is Unable To Get That Week Off From Work Would I Be Able To Get That Money Back Without PeniLty?
My Problem Is That I Want To Get The Free Dinning, The Resort We Want And I Am Afraid If I Wait For Him To Get An Answer From Work I Will Lose Both.

You can make any changes you need to (including cancelling a room) without penalty as long as you do it 45 days before arrival. You are better off getting both rooms now as it will be a lot easier to drop a room than to add one.

I Would Be BOOKING The Entire Package Deal, MyW,free Dinning As Well As Making All My Ressie.
If They Say He Can't Have That Week Off, Disney Will Give Me Back My Full Deposit?

As long as you don't get insurance. If you get insurance you will get your deposit back minus the insurance price.

CAN I ADD THE INSURENCE AT A LATER DATE?
WE HAD IT LAST TIME AND THANK GOD CAUSE MY DH CRUSHED HIS ARM IN A FORKLIFT AND WE HAD TO CANEL LITERALLY 2 WEEKS BEFORE OUT SCHEDULED TRIP.
WE WERE ABLE TO GET BACK EVERY CENT.

You can add the insurance later but if you cancel after you add it you loss that, but have any money on trip other than the $200 down you get back. But if you have to cancel you have to do it 45 days before or when final payment is due.Yes they will give you your money back on whatever credit card you used. Just a suggested when booking ask these questions so you get it straight from Disney so it won't be too confusing. Not that anyone has steered you wrong we haven't but this way you will hear it from Disney. When I make my travel plans through Disny travel I always write down that person's name whether it may be a "fake" name & time & date of call. My peace of mind
