Booking question

Hi folks!

Just booked Sequoia Lodge for our stay in Oct. I've received our booking but it only shows 2 adults and not our 1 year old on the confirmation. Is this normal?

Also with her in tow, do we need to request a travel cot in advance or just when we arrive?

Hey, congratulations on your booking!

As your little one is classed as an infant they don't tend to show on any booking confirmations.

I would recommend ringing up to request a travel cot to be put in the room now and then ringing the hotel a few days before you go and just making sure they received the request.

From my experience with the SL I have always had a travel cot in the room without requesting one although it doesn't hurt to ask before hand I even had one last year & my nephew was 3 by then, he was indignant that it was there

Before our youngest was three she never appeared on any of our booking confirmations and I always used to worry that she had been forgotten!
