we are thinking of going back next ocotber for 5 nights/6 days

if i book through disney direct on the phone do we haev to pay the full amount or a deposit and when is the balance due
also does anyone have their number

If you book over the phone you only have to pay a deposit.

on the disney site we can book up as far as the 1st week in november , will it be the same on the phone as i want to book 5 nights in october

im sooo excited

we are flying this time and from the isle of man to paris is only £111 each

The number from website is 08448 008898 also have number 08448 008111 on the brouchure to nov 08.
Only open 8.15am to 7.45 pm weekdays
9.15am to 5.45pm Saturdays
9.15am to 4.45pm sundays

Sorry to but in on the thread, but I paid my deposit with my Switch card over the phone, I was under the impression I had to ring back upto 60 days before departure to pay the balance, have I got this wrong ?

They automatically tried to take the balance 60 days before I go, but unfortunately my credit card company blocked it suspecting fraud, so disney rang me for the payment. Once I had contacted my credit card and Ok'd it. I phoned disney back and the payment was taken.

You could always phone them 60 days before just to check if they have taken the payment, that way you are sure its paid.

Yeah, it's 10% deposit over the phone.

When I did mine before, I asked if they would just take the money out when the time came (I paid by credit card) but was told that I had to call them to pay the balance. So I had to put a reminder on my calendar to remind me lol.

Thanks for the advice everyone, planning on ringing them this week, it's not due until mid Jan, but I don't want to be tempted to overspend in the sales because of the extra money I've transferred into the bank account to pay for the hol.

I was always told by Disney what date the would take the full amount unless i hadnt paid before the date the balance was due.
