Booking Problem

Looking at Mexico 2020 - not a very popular choice but it won't let me book anything. It shows staterooms, I select one and it say's "Sorry, stateroom gone, chose another" I went through a full bank of staterooms one after another and it kept doing it. Any suggestions?

Call? I know it's a hold, but people seem to be getting through and making reservations that way.

Try logging out and back in. I had that this morning and it worked when I did that.
 
I've done that numerous times. Rebooted laptop, tried desktop, tried phone, tried different browsers. Still no luck. If I go out and back in, it still shows the rooms available until I try to add 1 to my cart. Very frustrating!

I had that happen numerous time yesterday afternoon and evening to me as well as I was watching inventory and checking on other categories than I had booked in case I wanted to change. And like you, I signed out numerous times, changed browsers, etc. As PP have said, if I were you, I would call. It will be a hold, but if you really want to book now, CALL. Good luck! :sunny:
 
Thanks everyone! I think I know what happened. My TA had put a hold for me, I hadn't realized she had done that yet. So while I was looking at this cruise it wouldn't let me select anything. I saw a message at the top of the page saying only 1 stateroom is allowed during early booking, so I'm guessing this was the problem. It also let me place a hold on the 7 day cruise before it, I just couldn't select any stateroom on that first cruise. I'm not positive this was the problem, but we have it worked out, so it's all good! Thanks again!

Thanks for sharing this! That MIGHT be the reason I've had issues checking availabilities since I booked first thing yesterday morning. :rolleyes: :cutie:

Same thing happened to me. Would only let me book one cruise at a time. Kind of a pain. I'm considering one of those unpopular Mexican cruises as well. Glad you got it sorted out.
 
It would have been much less frustrating if their error message was more helpful. Just saying the stateroom was no longer available for every selected stateroom was confusing. Especially when I could log back in and see the stateroom still available.
