Anxious to book.......Can someone tell me the deal with payment when you book a "room only" ressie. Is full payment expected up front, or only one night? Does the payment have to be put on a credit card or can a check be sent within a certain amount of time? Thnaks in Advance!

One night deposit. I think it's 2 weeks to send a check. Not for sure...there is always a payment slip on the bottom of your reservation confirmation when it comes in the mail.

Ditto to what Eeyorelover said! All the times I've had a room only ressie (which is all the time b/c we have annual passes) one night's rate is required for the deposit. You can pay with a credit card or via check when they mail you the reservation confirmation and payment coupon.

One thing to add...make sure you ask them when the payment is due by because if something strange happens and you don't get the confirmation in the mail, you want to make sure you get your deposit check to them in time or the reservation is canceled and that would not be good especially if you have a great rate on the room.
