Booking Passholder Room + Dining

I have been all over the passholder site and I can't get it to let me book room + dining...it just turns it into a MYW with tickets...anyone know what button I have to push or what site I need to go to to try an book this?

Last month I booked an AP Room only and then once it brought up my resort with the rates I scrolled down and there was a button called 'Add Dining', I selected QSD and it did not add any tickets.
