We have booked Parasailing at CC & Snorkeling in Nassau ( Through Disney) If Too Windy , Rainy , or Can't Dock . Will we get a Full Refund ? Any thoughts or Imfo on these Excursions is appreciated. .. Can't Wait ! June 11-16,2017

If the excursion is cancelled by Disney or the tour operator you will be refunded to your account.

If the excursion goes but you opt to cancel, you will not. (Unless you cancel 3 days prior to the cruise, but that is just no charge as you are charged the first night of the cruise for them).

Technically you won't get a refund, it is never charged to your account.

They are usually charged the first night. So yes, you would if it is cancelled by DCL or the tour operator the day of.

We did parasailing on CC last year. It was our first time trying it. Really smooth and easy. Our boat had about 8 guests on it. I rode with my daughter. I think the whole excursion was close to an hour total, but our time in the air was pretty short. Like maybe 7 minutes? We went high, though! Great views of the ship and island. Got to splash our feet in the water as the boat pulled us. I'm glad we did it and quite enjoyed it, but do keep in mind that you are not up there very long.

Correct. Time was excursions were charged to your onboard account the day the excursion happened. But, that's been changed. Excursions are charged to your onboard account the first day of the cruise now.

Hey Dug...thanks for that note. We've bean weathered out several times and the excursions never showed on our account, and I wasn't really worried. Since I don't check my account every day I may have missed some temporary entries, but we never paid for anything we didn't receive so we never needed a "refund."

But to put the OP at ease, not to worry, Disney won't expect you to pay for canceled excursions. It doesn't happen very often that they are canceled, but if they are Disney as usual does the right thing. You will never need a refund since you never pay for it, they may have posted it but they don't charge you.

Again, just keep in mind that this only applies if Disney or the tour operator cancels. It does not apply if you decide on your own it seems too rainy or windy and cancel on your own.
