Booking Paradise Pier with points

Lack of travel due to Covid has left me with a glut of points that I need to use. Considering booking Paradise Pier with points for a trip in Feb. I have a waitlist at GCV but I have very little hope it will come through. Can I book PP online and if so how, because I can't figure it out? Is there a window that I'm not in yet for booking the DL resorts with points? I really don't want to call but if that's my only option I guess I'll have to do it.

Paradise Pier would be a Disney Collection Reservation which must be booked by phone. Only DVC Resorts and RCI Exchanges can be booked online.

I waited on hold for 43 minutes to find out they're not booking for 2022 yet. I guess the release of the 2022 Disney Collection point chart on the DVC website will be the indicator that you can book. Keep that in mind if you plan on booking for 2022.
