We are a group of 7- Our family has cruised but the others are new- but our reservations are all linked. My DH and I are going to book the brunch when our window opens. My sister will book for the others when her window opens. What is the best strategy so that all of us can have brunch together? Should we do ours first and hope that they get the same time? Or let them book for 5 and we change ours ( or get added on once we get on board?)
Thanks!

Everyone should book as soon as they can. Ideally, getting a reservation time/date that is the same or close. But, even if it's not, just go to where Palo dining changes are handled onboard (it'll be noted in the Navigator you get in the terminal) and request the two reservations be merged. They hold back several reservations for booking onboard, and we've never had an issue changing our Palo reservation when we did this.

Good to know. I'm going to face a similar issue next year, since we're silver and traveling with friends who are first-timers.

We have done this several times. PrincessShmoo is absolutely correct. We were able to combine all of our reservations in to one when we boarded the ship.
