Booking Palo for diff. nights to dine with friends?

Party of 3 adult couples will be doing the 4-day Wonder in February. I know it's been stated on here before, but after doing a search, I couldn't find the answer to my question. If DH and I made ressies, would we be able to include the other 2 couples in our ressies for one of the nights? Then have one of the other couples do the same so that the 6 of us could eat at Palo twice? Thanks.

I thought that I heard something about each cabin having to book for themselves or something. Do both cabins have to be there to book each ressie?
