Booking Palo For 2 Rooms

We have 2 rooms booked, for a total of 5 adults. We are all platinum except 1 new cruiser, so both rooms get platinum perks. We want to book Palo for all of us at the 120 day mark. Does each room have to book their own reservation or is there a way to get 1 together? I should know this but the only time I've had to book it for 2 rooms the 2nd room wasn't platinum and I remember I waited to add them later on.

Our rooms are linked.
If at least one person in each room is platinum and you are linked, you can book them all at the same time.

Ah! That's the part I'm forgetting...having the rooms linked. It's been 8 years since we sailed with another party.
