Booking our room + one for family... What guest info will be needed?

I am going to book a room for my family as well as one for my Brother, SIL and DN. What information will be needed to book the room for my brother and his family through the website?

Also, do I have them set up a MDE account and link or do I just add them as guests on mine?

You will be prompted for Name, Address and age. For adults, eMail & Telephone. If everyone on the reservation resides at the same address, there is a check-box for that.

Also, do I have them set up a MDE account and link or do I just add them as guests on mine?

My personal opinion is that every distinct family unit should have their own MDE account and link them together.

An easy way to connect with each other is to wait until both MDE accounts are setup and the room reservations are made and linked to each families MDE account.

There is an option when adding Family & Friends to "Import from a WDW Resort Hotel reservation".
