Booking Online

I always book thru member services, but wonder if I should try to book online since I could do it earlier. Could someone give me some advice on that. I am hoping to get a 2BR at BWV next November 2013 during Thanksgiving week. I don't want to risk making a mistake and having my points tied up. We have enough BW points for six nights.

I've booked all my ressies for next year, one for Thanksgiving 2013 all online. If you make a mistake, you can cancel.

It's pretty straight forward.

I recommend you go thru with it before your actual date. Go thru all the way until the last Confirmation - to familiarize yourself with the process.

Only caveat is once you make a reservation, you can't modify it online. You can either cancel and rebook another one. Or call MS to modify.

Online is very easy. I'll admit I was skeptical that it would work but I've used it a couple times with no problems. Do a practice run searching for an earlier date, just don't go through the reserve screens.

I forgot to mention that this reservation is for my DD and her DH and three kids. We will not be going with them. Can I still book this online?

Yes. One of the screens you have to put the names of all the people. I think there's a checkbox if they are/aren't DVC members.

I actually wish they can have this info on my Profile so I didn't have to enter it every time (in the case of my family).
