Booking online with Disney

Hi,

Just booked up OKW for 2 weeks in september direct with Disney and noticed that they only took the deposit at the time. I now want to pay some more of the balance off but the web site only gives me an option to pay the full the balance. Full balance isnt due until August but wanted to be ahead of the game.

Anyone else had the same issue and is it possible to pay the balance in stages online when you choose or do they only accept the full balance?

When you look at the section with the payment option, it automatically selects Pay Off the FUll Balance. Underneath that (not particularly obvious if you don't know to look for it) is Pay different amount. Click in the little button there and it will open a block to enter your chosen amount.

I can't see this on mine. I think that option is only available for flight-inclusive holidays as I could see this last year when I'd booked flight-inclusive.

I think we'll have to call them to pay it off. Does anyone know if the remaining balance can even be paid off in bits, or does it have to be in one go?

Was this through the US call centre you're put through to when you ring Disney UK? Did you encounter any problems or was it straightforward? Thanks.

Ive just called the number on the email conf and spoke to chardonnay who advised we can pay whatever, whenever up to the balance due date.

Maybe it is only flight inclusive that you get that option. Odd though. If it is any consolation, I have never managed to get a payment through on the website. Once the screen froze and I couldn't get out of it. Had to phone the next morning.

I've managed to pay fine online - it accepts the payment and then takes an hour or two to update the balance.
