Okay - here is a hypothetical - I'm sailing soon and have booked through a TA for another cruise in Fall 2005 - my question, is when I get on the ship in a couple of months, can I get the onboard rebooking stateroom $200 credit applied to our Fall 2005 booking????

I doubt it.................

They are currently offering a 10% discount and $200 stateroom credit on all 7 night cruises booked while on board. You could always book another trip for the same week you already have booked, cancel the original reservation when you get home (and get a full refund of your deposit), then transfer the reservation you booked onboard to your TA, if you want to.

We did ..

had it booked and we also booked another ....
She was more than happy to take care of us....

Even got us a lower price for the cruise that we had booked....
