If I call CR, they tell me that certain dates are not available at a particular resort. Yet if I check online on the WDW web site, I can pull up a reservation for that exact resort on that exact date. I really can only afford the reservation if I get an AAA discount, which, of course, is not available on line.
If I book on line, can I make changes by calling CR? Can I call CR after I make the reservation on line to add requests or see if AAA is available?
