I have a quick question for all you experts! If I book a room on disneyworld.com can I call CRO and apply a code if one comes out?

It would be so easy if you could just book codes on the website!!

Yes you can.
We did this last year. I booked online and then codes came out in May that we applied for our August trip.
The only thing it affected was that once we made changes with the CRO we could no longer make payments on our trip online.
