Booking on board fun items

We are trying to book one of the pirate dress-up options for our granddaughter and a beer tasting for us but everything stays grayed out. Hubby is logged in and he is Silver so 90 days should be correct. The cruise is paid for. What are we missing?

December 10th - yesterday, the 11th, was 90 days prior. Still no access to checkmark anything today.

Hmm. Did you try signing all the way out and back in after clearing your cookies? Have you done online check-in? Sometimes that has to be done to open the other stuff - just a weird website quirk.

Hubby talked to them last night to find out what day was pirate day. He tried to book with them, they said they couldn't do it. Argh!

Another thought - is your granddaughter in your room? If not, and the room she's in hasn't reached their booking window date, she won't be selectable, even if the reservations are linked. Her name would be grayed out.

She's in our room....our three names come up but they are grayed out and we can't check the box to select. Same for the "Check Availability" button - can't click it.

It's the Disney IT meltdown, almost undoubtedly.

We finally got someone to try to help us on the phone tonight. She said our account wasn't locked and couldn't understand what was going on so she entered an IT trouble ticket. But she did book the Pirate package for our granddaughter. Unfortunately the one we wanted was already sold out (since it opened up yesterday morning when we first tried). Same for the beer tasting. But it's all about the little one, she'll be happy! Thanks to everyone for all your suggestions!
