Pre-covid, we would always just stop by guest services to get our next cruise lined up. However, I have been stalking the forum and have seen that maybe this isn’t how this is done anymore? Something about doing it all on the app? Could someone verify this for me please? Of course we prefer the one-on-one with the guest services, but I realize times have changed. If it makes a difference, we are on the Fantasy not concierge. TIA!
