Hi Folks, :wave2:

This is our first time booking 3 rooms. We're attempting to book 1 One Bedroom & 2 Studios. Have you had luck with this or encountered problems? Our dates are the last week in Oct next fall. Getting ready to book next month. We'll book with our home resort and then (Crossing our fingers) switch at 7 months out to book BLT.

Thanks for any input,

C

I have booked three studios before at SSR on the same day.
You will have three separate reservation numbers and you will need the names, addresses, and ages of all the people (at least one must be 18) staying in each room.
Once you have all three reservation numbers, CALL MS (can not do online), place a "Travel With" notice on all three reservations of the other two reservation numbers and request that you be physically located as close to each other as possible (if you want).

BLT for the last week of October is going to be tough at seven months out.

BLT for the last week of October is going to be tough at seven months out.

Especially three rooms. Keep your fingers crossed, but I'd set the expectations that you will NOT be at the the MK resorts for the last few very popular nights of the Halloween party. Maybe you'll get lucky and can surprise everyone.

But booking multiple rooms is easy - we did it through MS. Not a big deal at all.

While I don't know your groups make up it may be easier to book a 2 bedroom and 1 studio. You can try for a lock-off or even waitlist one if you can only book a dedicated room to start. It would be a few less points.

I know  The plan is to be up and on the phones RIGHT when they start taking calls. I'll also get on a stand by list. We have our back up plan...but really really want BLT;)

Hoping that will be the case!;)

If you wait to book through MS, you will be at a disadvantage. MS opens at 9 am Easter and the online booking window opens at 8 AM Eastern.

For the last week of October at BLT, I'd book online. Just put one person over 18 in each room. You can email or call MS later to add the others. It takes time to add guests and while you are completing that for room #1, someone else could be grabbing the room(s) you want.

You might also start thinking about how willing you are to gamble that you can get all 3 rooms. Would you and your group be willing to risk staying at two different resorts if you can't get all 3 right away and have to waitlist?

I didn't notice that you said what resort is your home but I don't think you'll have a problem with that.

BLT at 7 months and getting all 3 rooms while switching from your home resort - That's going to be the tricky one. Mostly because you may get one or even two rooms and by the time you (or MS) try and get the 3rd it could be gone and you have a split in resorts.
