What does it take to reach one a person at the itenirary office

I emailed them w/a message of wanting to book one; we are staying concierge. They emailed me two days later and sent me the information in regards to the safari, including the need to secure a reservation w/a cc#. Totally cool w/me, but how do they expect to get my $$$$ if no one returns my calls or patches me through a person when I call in to give them my cc#? Am I going about it the wrong way? Do they expect me to leave the cc# on their voice mail...something I totally don't feel I should do!

They will call you back (Do they have your correct phone number?) - But it may take a couple days - I have a feeling they are inundated with Thanksgiving, Dec. and Christmas stuff right now. They do not answer the phone if you call them. Jill

I did leave them my cell number since we are due to be out of town for the next few days. It has been about three days since I left them the voice mail w/my info.

I left them a message yesterday at 11am and they returned the call at 1:30pm.

I have been e-mailing since May for a December trip and they always respond within 24 hours.

I would leave another message, something doesn't sound right. I emailed twice on Sunday and than left a message at 1pm, they called back at 3pm.

Hmmmm...I am wondering if they are looking up my name and it isn't coming up. I have noticed that when I have called w/questions they have used my TA's name as a reference.

I will have to call them and make some type of comment in regards.
