Booking/Modifying with Transferred Points (11-month window)

Based on a thread I found while researching, my understanding is that you are able to book and modify with transferred points within the 7 month window. However, during the 11-month window of the transferred points' home resort, I understand that you can book the home resort only via a call to MS. My 2 questions are:

1. Are all of the above statements still true?
2. Once a booking has been made via MS in the 11-month window, can it then be modified online while still in the 11-month window or cancelled online? Or does that also require a call to member services?

In my experience booking requires a call. Modifying requires a call if hte modification is also using the home window priority. Cancelling does not require a call. Basically the feature that doesn’t work properly online for transferred points is that the system doesn’t read their “home resort priority” correctly.

1. Yes, all of the above is true

I'm not sure about 2. But I'm pretty sure @AnnaKristoff2013 hit the nail on the head with that answer above.
