Booking Magical Express with cash and DVC reservation

Just wondering how you all have handled ME if you have a cash and DVC stay. I went on to do our ME reservations on the DVC site - it obviously only pulls up our DVC reservation which is from 11/22 -11/29, but we have 2 days at CBR 11/20-11/22. On the DVC ME area i put in our arrival date as 11/20 but obviously does not match the DVC reservation and it doesn't let me add the resevation number for CBR. Will this work because i put our real arrival day or do i need to call and schedule our separate cash stay reservation ME. Just trying to avoid the long phone wait times.
