Booking hotels at DLP more than 3 months out?

I just booked some airfare from Chicago to Paris for a Spring (April) trip for the family. We want to spend a few nights at the New York hotel or the DLPH. I can't seem to book either hotel greater than three months out at this point. For instance, everything past Nov 7th is not available with a note of "date cannot be reserved." Is this unique to the US site for DLP? Anyone have luck booking that far in advance? What am I missing? Thanks!

yes I think it may be just the US version of the DLP website - however you can change the country to any country with a good offer, and book through that one (all confirmation of the booking comes to you by email, nothing is posted). Just complete all the booking details as usual with your own information, but leave the country at whichever country's version of the website you are on (ie UK, France etc).

Thanks for the reply. I'm also a DVC member. Are the same restrictions in place for booking with using your points? Can you book rooms at the DLP hotels with DVC points further out than 3 months?
