If I am booking for a 2011 trip, where the dining plan is not yet offered, do I have to pay full price for the dinner at the time of the reservation because I do not have the meal plan, even if it isn't yet offered to me?

Yes....next years prices will be out in August. You might want to wait to book though because once you have paid OOP for it you might have to wait until you arrive at the show to get the money refunded. There are many reports stating this but there are also some that say they got it back over the phone when they called to change it to the DDP. I guess once again it depends who you get on the phone.

Yes. You can try booking by phone and telling the phone agent that you intend to get the dining plan.
