Booking Help Please

Hi everyone

We originally booked a trip to Disneyland Paris in May which unfortunately we had to cancel when my daughter caught chickenpox. We booked through Thomas Cook but having looked at the disneylandparis.co.uk website it would appear to be cheaper to book direct. We are now considering re-booking for October.

However, I would prefer to book over the phone rather than online if possible but I can't seem to see a booking number on the website. Does anyone have a number for telephone booking at all? Also, does that take you through to someone in the UK or France?

* From 8.15 am - 7.45 pm Monday to Friday, from 9.15 am - 5.45 pm on Saturday and from 9.15 am - 4.45 pm on

It takes you through to someone in USA I think, or that's what we got last time we booked over the phone... The lady was in Florida...

The UK Disneyland Paris booking and information line is on 08705 030303. It is open seven days a week but not sure what hours.

And in the current UK brochure it gives 08448 008 111 as the number to call for direct enquiries!!!

I used the following number to book, i am not sure where it goes through to but my call was answered quick and i was booked in no time at all just make sure you write down all party details etc.

Oh and yes it was a lot cheaper than we have been quoted by some travel agents.

Just a quick reply to thank you all again for your help. I called 08448 008 111 (the number on the brochure) last night and managed to get booked no problem.

It was all very straightward and quite a bit cheaper than the travel agents - here's hoping no unexpected illnesses get in the way this time!!!!

Thanks everyone - we are now booked for 15th October for 3 nights staying at the Santa Fe hotel. We are flying from Manchester and the flights are actually better than last time so we will have a bit longer there.

We were originally going for DD1's 4th birthday but my birthday is 17th October so we get to celebrate mine instead!!!

Really looking forward to it now!!!
