Booking help needed

Hi,

We have been members for 6 six now and we are finally going to try to stay in an OKW grand villa. We have enough points for a 6 night stay with one weekend night. OKW is not our 'home' so we have to wait to book 7 months out. We would like to try to book within the first 3 weeks of June, preferably the 1st week. So here's my question, do I wait until the end of the 1st week in November to try to book the entire stay or should I do the day-to-day booking. I'd rather book the entire stay at one time as I feel funny booking day by day but I really want to try to get the grand villa. Is it almost impossible to book these at 7 months out and if I am waitlisted, should I expect it to come through or should I be prepared to book a 2 brdm/1studio? We will have 12 people in our party as we are treating our best friends along with my sister's family

Any advice on this is greatly appreciated.

I would call around the first of November and ask MS what availability for June looks like. They can check their system and tell you what your chances are. I would also ask them to check 2 bedrooms & studios.

Don't feel funny about booking day by day. That's how I got our next December trip to BWV. Call first thing each day and maybe you'll have good luck! I would think that if you find you can't get what you want, there will be the two bedroom and studio at OKW for that time of year because most families can't travel then with kids in school. There are LOTS of 2 bedrooms at OKW.
