booking guests with different addresses

Nope, it does not.
But if you want to put their addresses in, book first with yours and then go back later to change.

Only the person booking needs to give a home address.
You are booking therefore you use your address.

Last year, I put all 13 of my guests under my address and name when booking. I put just my name on all three 2br suites. 45 days prior, I put the rest of the guests in on the website, and when I was sure of attendance 15 days prior, I called MS and had them take my name off 2 of the rooms. It would be hard to enter the addresses trying to snag a BW view in April.

Also, remember when you are booking, book the most difficult room first ( for me, the BW), then the easier ones. If you want to book a dedicated 2br and a studio at RR, for example, book the studio first and then the 2br.

We just had an issue where my brother wasn't linking to our room. Finally called and customer service said it had to do with the reservation address being different to the one on his account. They were able to link it over the phone though.

Just something to keep an eye on because if that link wasn't successful he would not have gotten the perks of staying on site.

Thanks for sharing. So far, I have not had that problem but at least if I ever do, I know how to try and fix it!

What about if the guest will be the only one on the reservation? Right now, my daughter and I are possibly going for a weekend trip so both of our names are on the reservation with my address. I am not sure if I will be able to go, so if I take my name off the reservation (I own the points), do I need to change her address to be correct?

If you are primary on the reservation and want off, you'll need to all MS to have her changed to primary. You cannot do that. It probably would be good to have her address correct at that point, but I'm not sure it matters. But other contact info would probably need to be updated, like phone and email, so they could contact her.

You could do that. I usually make sure that my guests address is correct if I don’t travel…although I will say my son just went in August for 6 nights before we arrive and I never updated it to his. He was always lead guest..just never bothered with the address change.

I'd leave my name on it. No point in taking it off, IMO. Unless you're buying the meal plan of course.
I wouldn't change the address even if I took myself off.

She wouldn't have any problems checking in without me there if my name was left on, would she?
