Booking FPs in advance for only 1 person in party of 2

I apologize if this has been asked before. My husband and I have a trip to wdw in September. I will be able to book FPs next week . I plan to buy my annual pass so I'll have a ticket. But my husband is not planning to go into the parks because it's hard for him to walk. He's not going to buy a ticket. Will I be able to book FPs if he doesn't have a ticket? Thanks.
