Booking for my son

My 18 yr old son and his two friends want to go to WDW in May. I am not able to join them so wondered if I can book a villa for them using my membership?

Yes you can. There just needs to be one person 18 years of age or older in the room.

For DVC it's 18, many timeshares have much higher ages. 18 is uncommon for timeshares, I know many that are 21, 23 & 25 for the person checking in. You will be responsible if they cause damage.
