Iam not sure if this is right place to ask, but I was wondering if anyone has booked Priceline rooms nine months in advance? Getting anxious to know where we will be staying, but not quite sure if it is too soon to book. April seems so far away.

Hi Dennise...

I appreciate your post. You are suffering from the:

" I want to do Priceline for the cost but I want to know NOW where we are staying" Syndrome!!!

I know the feeling, I have had it myself!!

There is no question in my mind that for a basic nice hotel (not suite) that Priceline is the only way to go. You can ask now and probably get an OK rate but you will be much better off waiting until about a month before you go to do the bid.

Last month we got Sheraton Safari 3 star, very nice hotel for $38 plus tax and charge, about $46 total.

We did it one week before we went.

If you would like to know which one of 8 to 12 hotels you will get you can go to this site and they will tell what the hotels coming up in the "Disney Vicinity" only are.

Have fun and try to be patient...I know it is not easy!!!!

Booking that early on Priceline is no fun! The best part about planning a Disney vacation is changing your mind a million times.

Seriously, it would be good to wait a bit. Who knows what deals you'll find between now & then? Or maybe you'll win the lottery and decide to stay in a suite onsite. Of course, then you probably won't care about your non-refundable priceline reservation. :)

Hi dennise!

I know exactly how you feel. I want to book NOW for May!
