Booking for a large group online?

I have booked many a Disney trip online, which is my preferred method, but I guess I have never dealt with a trip involving 3 rooms and 8 people. Is it possible for me to book the whole thing under one reservation or do I have to have each of the rooms book separately? I would love to handle it all and I know my travel party would prefer to just hand me the money and let me go to town.

Any info, thoughts, advice or suggestions are appreciated!

I had the same situation...1 resort, 3 rooms and I am paying for all 3 rooms (a gift to our kids and their families). Unfortunately each room has to have it's own reservation with each family having their names attached to the reservation but...if you call Disney Destinations and talk to a CM and they can help you. All 3 reservations are now linked but I asked to be the only one receiving info when payments are made. I also asked DD & DIL to please not attach their credit card to their reservations until I had finished paying for the trip. I did not want them to know how much this trip was costing hence the payment info only coming to me. I wish Disney would be a little more flexible when it comes to this and I know I am not the only one. Sometimes the secrecy is a huge part of the magic. Good luck and have a blast!

Tried that about 10 years ago. I found it easier to call.

Yes -- you should definitely call. You'll still have three separate reservations, but they will be coordinated and linked together that way.
