My husband and I are considering a Disney 7 day cruise in 2006. It will probably be either in the spring or fall. I know the schedule is out so you are able to book. My question is how late can I wait to book before prices start to rise or availabilty is limited? We are going on a cruise in July with Royal Caribbean so I am not crazy about having both deposits sitting out there. I know we are going to want a balcony. We have never sailed on Disney so I am not sure how fast balconies sell out. TIA :D

DCL raises prices once a certain amount of rooms are sold on a cruise. So you never know when they will rise. Also for 2006 starting in May they will be having special western cruises that will go to Castaway Cay twice during the cruise. We just booked a Sept 2005 room and got a balcony so booking one year out is possible esp if you are going when school is going to be in.
