Booking flights, what time do they let you off the ship?

im booking flights for our jan cruise but not sure what time to book for our flight home. We're cruising from Miami but flying out of ft Lauderdal (about 30 min drive/shuttle ride according to google) we will be taking SAS transportation

On your reservation there should be a note as to how early your flight can be. I know from Port Canaveral to MCO, DCL recommends flights after 11:30, but what the recommended time gap is from Miami, I don't know.
