I've just tried to book half-term for me and my foster daughter in Cheyanne (one of those last minute good ideas and a nice treat as she's stayed with me for five years) . When I booked on the website, I clicked for transportation too. Nice and easy I thought, all in the one place and convenient.
Until I confirmed it and the flights were "not available". "you have not been charged", said the website. Okay. Try again with different flight times, but the same thing happened.
Which would have been fine, except Disney have requested the money from my bank account. And my bank have put the money aside to pay them. Now that Disney don't want the money, it's sitting somewhere in my bank where I can't get it! I've had to arrange for faxes to be sent and I'm still waiting for the money to be released again. So no money for bills in my account until they get it sorted. And no money for holidays. Even worse.
Has this happened to anyone else? I understand the problems, but (more fool me!) the same thing happened in 2010. I've sent off the annoyed email. Any other tips?
Thank you in advance. While I drown my sorrows in a glass of wine and look longingly at photographs of where I want to be...
