Booking Fitness area?

I have heard that the fitness area now requires a "reservation" or for you to book a 45-minute timeslot. Can anyone verify this and answer a few questions?
  • If so, how do you "book"? Via the app? Guest Services? or at the Spa/Fitness reception area?
  • Is it just you (or your party) when booking, or do you just schedule whatever timeslot and they are limiting capacity?
  • Times the fitness room operates? (ie is it 24/7, or does it close at night and open early?)
  • Are you limited to how many times you can "reserve" / "book"?
Thanks in advance!

Is this a super recent thing (like the last couple of months)? In November, there was no booking on the Wonder. I just went down the fitness area, removed my mask, did my thing, finished and cleaned up my space well, put my mask back on and went on living my best life. I did have to sign in/out when I was there. I assumed it was for potential contact tracing type situations, especially since we could work out maskless.

We were on the Dream a couple weeks ago, and you did not need a reservation for the fitness area. My husband went one day and he just walked in. He said it wasn't busy and they were enforcing masking.

Thank you for the info. I saw some other posts that it was a walk-in type scenario. My next question was about the masking. May be pretty difficult to truly mask if you're on a treadmill, or elliptical...
