Booking Fastpass+ on the Computer vs App

Not sure if I'm alone in the 7am booking window no matter if it's for Fastpass, ADR's, etc., but I'm constantly getting "this page has been eaten" with a nice picture of Stitch?
When booking Fastpass+ which from the threads I've read seems to be tougher than ever with the new Avatar rides, does anyone seem to have better luck on the computer (I use MacBook) or on their iPhone/iPad via the App?

It doesn't matter, it's just preference. I make mine on my phone. I think those not fluid with the app will prefer the computer

I just booked my FP yesterday on my mac. and everything was fine ( besides I could not get any FOP FP)

Could not get to FP screen on website this morning at all but I was able to make FP selections on my iPhone.

I made mine on the website. But unless I use Firefox (for making ADRs or FastPasses) it won't work.

I tried my laptop first and Olaf’s head kept rolling around the screen - I used to adore Olaf, not so much anymore after that fiasco.

I had no issues at all when I moved to my iPhone and iPad.

Same thing here. I first tried to login on my macbook and got stitch. I finally logged in and when I clicked the fastpass link I got Olaf (both chrome AND safari). I gave up and did FP on my phone which worked fine for the most part. But the weird thing was when I tried making FP for some, the app tried to tell me that my ADR would be replaced with the FP even though the FP return period ends before my reservation time. So I panicked for a while but then it never got rid of my ADRs (this didn't happen when I tried the same thing on the computer).

For chrome, stitch and olaf still showed up for the longest time, but when I tried incognito mode I had no problems at all! So if you prefer using a computer, I'd either use Firefox or try incognito mode on chrome.

What is incognito mode?

It's like private browsing - so while using chrome on incognito mode the computer doesn't store history, cookies, cache. It starts "fresh" every time which is maybe why the errors aren't coming up. If you press ctrl+shift+N or on macs command+shift+N it should open!
