Booking Fastpass for the 1st time

So just booked all my fastpasses today for my trip in August. Just wanted to let 1st timers know some things I found helpful. I wasn't able to practice before hand as I had a package booked. But sure enough at 7am EST, not a moment sooner, everything was there and waiting. I used my laptop.

I booked all my important fastpasses 1st... like FEA, 7DMT, etc. at the times I wanted then went back and selected the rest. At first, I took the times that showed up but then I realized that there was an option to 'view more times' and tons of times came up....yay! So I tweaked the ones I already had and continued. If your fastpasses are booked close together, tweaking is a real pain because if you change one you have to change the others. Definitely found that getting the most important one to you at the time you want and working your way from there worked better... for me anyway.

Also, realized that I didn't have to keep clicking on every member of my party a few bookings in... there is a 'select all' button... duh! THAT was getting really annoying Lol

I was able to get everything I wanted within approximately 15-30 min of my desired times, so I thought that was great! I only saw Olaf 1 time but I think I scared him away with a little profanity... sorry Olaf! So for 7 days of fastpasses it took me an hour all said and done.

For our 2 Epcot days I chose FEA for both days even though we are big Soarin' fans.... I think I will wait until I hear the reviews on FEA and I may change one to Soarin' if it looks like one ride on FEA will be enough. Guess we will be in the RD crowd heading to Soarin' and TT.
