Booking excursions Through iPad?

It turns out that we not be able to be near a computer at the time our booking window opens. I will have an iPad connected via cellular available to me at that time but I have never attempted to book things this way. Can you all give me some insight on the possibility or challenges I may face?

I booked a Cabana, Palo Brunch & Dinner, an excursion in Grand Cayman & BBB using my iPad with no issues.
