I need to book excursions for my family. We are in two rooms. How do I do this on the web site? Do I have to do them seperatly? I want to make sure we get the same times for things like parasailing.

Thanks

You can only select excursions for those in your reservation so yes, book them separately.

We are in the same situation....when it came time to book - I got on one computer, DH got on his laptop and we each logged into one room and booked at the same time so that we could get the same times on everything.

Actually.....

Any person in a linked reservation can make reservations for any other member of the party providing they have the following:

The confirmation number of the other party, and
The Date of birth of the other party.

My BESTEST BUDDY in the UK, Where 3am EDT is a leisurely 8am GMT, made all our reservations for us just 12 days ago, while we slept blissfully in our beds!

Thanks Lynn.

That is great to know! There are 20 of us going together and there are a few things we do all want to do (Banana Boat at CC for one) so since I am the planner and have everyone's info I will book all those at once.

Thanks. I mainly wanted to corrdinate my excursion times. We will try what you suggested cantsitstill. It sounds like a great idea.

Thanks again to all who responded.

PS It took a minute to "get" your username. Very cute. :teeth:
