Booking excursions and Ship activities?

Yesterday I finally booked my second Disney cruise on the Dream in December. This time I will be staying concierge with just my wife and me. Really looking forward to cruising again. We have this one with Disney and then a 10 night in March with Regent Seven Seas in the Caribbean. The question I have is when will the different excursions and on board ship experiences appear in my plans screen? My window of opportunity does open up August 7th, so it's not like I'm panicking. I may be wrong, but when we were booked on the Fantasy in 2019 I was able to look at the different activities such as wine tastings, Palo, Remy, and excursions well before I was able to book them. I should add that I am paid in full. Thanks!

Unfortunately, you can't see the options that are actually available for your cruise until your booking window opens. On the Port Adventures part of the DCL site you can see the shore excursions that are typically offered in each port, but that's not a guarantee of which will be offered for your cruise. You can also read about Sessions Spa treatments on the DCL site.

You can assume that Palo and Remy dinners will be offered each night and Palo brunch will be offered on sea days. I'm not sure if Remy brunch is offered every sea day or not. Tastings are offered throughout the cruise.

Fortunately, because you are sailing Concierge, you can ask the onshore Concierge team for details about activities in which you are interested -- for example, which days Remy brunch or Champagne tastings are offered. You should get an email from Concierge a little over a week before your booking window opens explaining how you can submit requests through them rather than booking yourself online.
