just wondering how this works I want to book my daughter at boardwalk and my son and his wife and I and my wife at beach club. I know it will be difficult at 7 months out but can you list them all at once or do you have to do them one at a time

One thing I do when wanting to book more than one room, I only do the lead guest and no one else, I add them later.

I also never change the address on rooms I book for family when they are traveling either, especially with me...again, to save time when booking.

BoardWalk will be easier to get. Count on the Garden / Pool view if anything. So try booking Beach Club first.

For each reservation, you will want to list those that will be occupying that particular room. You can just list the primary person for each room initially, then go back and add the rest of the occupants later.

So put your name on one, your son on another, your daughter on another. Then email or chat to add anyone else staying on each reservation.

You can do it yourself online by modifying the reservation as well. It’s super simple & fast!

Yes i would do the online modify of the reservation rather then wasting time calling in. Its easy to do. Simply click modify and an add the names just like you do when you make a reservation. The only time you have to call in if you want to change the lead person name on a reservation but then you don't have to call in you can chat to do it.
