Booking DVC Online -- What time??

I KNOW that I should have been able to find this, but wasn't able to.

When booking a DVC resort right at the 7mo or 11mo window ONLINE, how early in the morning can I book? Does it follow the same hours as Member Services? Earlier?

The on-line booking system rolls to the next booking day at 8 am eastern.
