Booking Disney Collection--can someone clarify?

I'm hoping someone can give info on this. If we are using points to book, say, Paradise Pier or Disneyland Hotel, in terms of availability, is the hotel has "cash" rooms available, is that the same availability that we have, looking to use points to book? Just trying to figure out how likely we might be to book something at 60 days out from travel, as we may end up canceling our trip scheduled for Sunday, and will have points in holding.

No. Cash availability is not the points availability and any DC property can limit the number of trades they allow to DVC, even if they seemingly have inventory.
