Booking direct with Virgin

I have just received my new credit card from Virgin, and i know you get double points when booking direct wit Virgin.

My question would be, if i telephoned is the call centre in England or will it be elsewhere.

If i booked via internet is that still classed as direct, so i can get double points.

If you book on Virgins own website its direct, I often e.mail the FVC and they do it!

Have you got the FVC email address, i have had nothing but trouble with the indian call centre staff.

Undoubtedly when you first book, you will get the UK call centre. I can more or less guarantee that any changes you want to make or queries you have after booking will take you through to the Indian call centre. Cynic, moi?
