Booking dining with a split stay

If we have a room only reservation the night before our package begins, will I be able to book dining for the entire trip (the plus 10) 60 days out from the room only or do I need to wait until the next morning to do them all? Thanks!

The next morning. If you have a split stay, you have two separate dining reservation windows.
