Booking dining packages

Ok, for various reasons we've decided we're interested in the Mama Melrose Fantasmic dining package, Tusker House ROL package and Tonys parade viewing package. From what I understand I can book them online like a regular ADR, but they may or not be available at my 180.

So do I just wait and keep checking to see when they are released? Or am I supposed to make an ADR for the time I want and then wait and call and have them change it to the dining package? Is there such a thing? Not sure what to do to to make sure we get everything booked correctly. Thanks for any insight from someone with experience!

Don't make a regular ADR; they don't just convert it to a package. You'll have to keep a watch on when they release them.
