Booking ddp with ap question

I am purchasing the AP next year for myself,husband and daughter. I know you can book a room and DDP package with the AP. What I am wondering is this..we are getting the Florida resident AP and my mother is coming with us. She lives in pa. Would she be able to get the dining plan as well even though we wouldn't have the same AP. And if not,would we even be able to get the DDP with her in the same room..last year we couldn't get the dining plan when we went with her because she had regular tickets and we had the Florida resident ones.

You only need 1 person in the room with an AP to add the dining plan. You don't all need the same tickets. That is assuming the FL Resident AP works the same for adding the dining plan w/o tickets, but that is how it works for the normal tourist AP.
