Booking cruise on points questions

Where can I find the 2011 cruise points charts?
Also if I book a cruise for 2011, do I need to pay a fee like I need to when exchanging through Rci?
Also, if I book on points, what happens to my points if I decide I don't want to cruise? Do I lose them?
Thanks in advance! I am a new DVC member and am so excited!
I have some extra points that I need to use by summer 2011, so a 3 night crusie on the Dream combined with a 4 night DVC stay seems perfect!!!!

The 2011 points charts are on the member website. There is a $95(nonrefundable) fee for the privelege of using your points. Check your book on the rules for cancelling. I don't think they are very favorable. Points get returned to the year the reservation is for but can't be used for DVC reservations or World passport reservations.

Many members choose to rent their point and use that cash to pay for cruising.
